My failing might have been with the olive oil i used a spray can (and not generously), rather than brushed, and I think this might have affected crispness. I served it as a starter with the goat cheese & olives from the same article and it was a real hit! plus, it gives ya neat pieces!!! will definitely make it again with the rosemary. Oh boy!
